Put very simply, I work with my clients to design individual exercise programmes tailored to their specific needs. These can be from maintaining or improving fitness levels, body conditioning and toning regimes or weight loss to programmes designed to improve mobility and strengthen muscles.  I will create the right fitness and weight loss programme for you, using weights, core strength/stability training and fat burning techniques. To help attain safe and lasting weight loss I will not only work with you to closely monitor your progress, but I will also provide you with a food diary to recognise eating habits. By keeping a diary, we can monitor your intake and where necessary make changes to the kinds of food you regularly eat. Food intake and effort output can then be adjusted to help you meet the goals you have set for yourself.
