So, to sum up what I can do for you and others like you, I treat and help to prevent injuries, alleviate pain to restore normal movement and function to the body. This speeds up the healing process and helps to return the body to its usual balanced state. In working with sports men and women at all levels I have been able to help recovery from a variety of common soft tissue injuries as well as helping to prevent them from reoccurring. Injuries include shin splints, plantar fasciitis, piriformis syndrome, repetitive strain injuries, neck and shoulder tension (often leading to headaches and migraine}.
